and submitted with your offer
• Know who you are in Contract with
• Know which terms you are trading on
• Vet, review and complete a risk analysis on
all Contracts / Orders received
• Know your contractual liabilities and for
how long they apply
• Send out an order acknowledgement
clarifying the terms and conditions upon which you
are proceeding
• Raise your application / invoices on time
to ensure you are paid in good time, especially if
you expect to be paid before goods are shipped to
site.
• Implement and work to your business terms
and conditions. If your delivery is subject to
receipt of payment, do not deliver the goods if
you have not been paid.
• Keep a register of all your contracts,
warranties, indemnities and Bonds
• Store your contract documents in a safe,
lockable, fire proof cabinet
